Non-Tapered Fiberglass Columns

There are two basic non-tapered column styles, round or square. Round non-tapered columns are simple and elegant in appearance. They are available smooth, with no decorative features on the shafts of the columns, or fluted, with concave grooves running the length of the shafts. Round non-tapered columns can break up all of those straight lines that your home or building has, making the building more interesting visually.

Square non-tapered columns are available with three designs, smooth, fluted, and paneled. The features on smooth and fluted square non-tapered column shafts are the same as those on round non-tapered column shafts. The shafts of square paneled non-tapered columns have a raised panel on each of the columns’ four sides.

Non-tapered columns are manufactured using modern materials that have benefits over traditional building materials such as wood, stone, or concrete. Fiberglass Non-tapered columns will not rot, chip, or crack. They are much easier to install than columns made from traditional building materials. Non-tapered columns are designed to be long lasting and almost maintenance free for many years.
